The Global HR MGS Head of Performance and Reward (covering Compensation and Benefits) will lead the development and implementation of the GHR MGS PRB target operating model as part of GHR’s transformation. Key responsibilities include: (1) Serving as a PRB offshoring Subject Matter Expert and advisor to the PRB COE, HR Transformation Steering Committee and Offshoring & Outsourcing (O&O) Leads to help determine which services and underlying processes should be offshored to MGS; (2) Developing and implementing the PRB operating model, inclusive of the COE TOM, processes, and procedures required to successfully receive, operationalize, and sustain the GHR PRB services and processes transitioned to MGS; (3) Provide on-the-ground leadership and oversight for GHR PRB MGS team members, helping them to integrate and work productively within the GHR PRB COE team while establishing healthy local team dynamics.
Position Details
This position will report directly to the Global Head of Performance and Reward, and from a platform perspective to the Global HR MGS Operations Manager, and will be responsible for planning, standing up, operationalizing, and fine-tuning the GHR PRB MGS service delivery model and supporting team. This role will interact with senior leaders and team members from across Global PRB COE and the company to drive the GHR PRB target operating model outcomes and deliver results.
Role and Responsibilities
Develop and implement the MGS PRB operating model, inclusive of the MGS PRB COE, processes, and procedures required to successfully receive, operationalize, and sustain the GHR PRB services and processes transitioned to MGS. Socialize corresponding deliverables for feedback and approvals with key Project Canyon, GHR, MGS, and Global Efficiency Office (GEO) stakeholders.
Serve as an offshoring Subject Matter Expert and advisor to the Global Head of Performance and Reward, and the Project Canyon Steering Committee and O&O Leads to help determine which services and underlying processes should be offshored to MGS. Leverage offshoring experience and expertise to infuse leading practices and lessons learned to support successful identification and transition of services.
Maintain ongoing communications and coordination with Global Head of Performance and Reward, GHR PRB COE, successfully receive, operationalize (e.g., service level agreements (SLAs), metrics, procedures, etc.), and monitor GHR PRB services and underlying processes migrating to MGS.
Partner with Global Head of Performance and Reward, and the broader PRB COE, to deliver global PRB agenda. Focusing on the PRB globalisation agenda and developing best in class global processes
Provide oversight and guidance for all offshored PRB Tier 1 and 2 operational services and select Tier 3 advisory services.
Provide on-the-ground leadership and oversight for GHR MGS PRB team members, helping them to integrate and work productively within their GHR PRB COE and onshore managers.
Support recruiting and interviewing to help expand the GHR MGS PRB team.
Engage and inspire GHR PRB MGS team members to own and execute their responsibilities; provide on the ground guidance, support, and coaching; create a sense of community and inclusion.
Identify, resolve, and escalate risks and issues (as needed) to the Global Head of Performance and Reward, and Global HR MGS Operations Manager.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Understands and has experience with the PRB COE, gained with the Banking sector, and is knowledgeable of PRB COE service delivery models, prevailing global PRB related regulations and market trends.
12+ years demonstrated experience and a demonstrated track record for driving offshoring results, with expertise in building, operationalizing, and managing offshoring for a global PRB COE.
Has deep knowledge and experience with PRB offshoring and can leverage leading practices, lessons learned, and expertise to enable smooth transitions, accelerate progress, and achieve results.
Possess strong collaboration and influence skills; able to address stakeholders needs, while managing them to maintain progress and achieve results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to develop and present deliverables to executive level audiences.
Able to address and resolve complex problems and effectively prioritize competing objectives. The ability to negotiate and manage conflict is critical.

Skills Required
- Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience designing and implementing compensation solutions/programs
- Area-specific compensation design, governance and process experience (e.g., executive compensation)
- Strong working knowledge of base pay, total compensation, organizational job review and structuring, external market data analysis, and compensation regulations
- Senior management committee support experience
- Understanding of the financial services regulatory environment
- Knowledge of FLSA and other applicable regulations
- Expertise in gathering compensation-related market and competitive intelligence including market surveys and trends
- Ability to interpret and analyze compensation and labor market data for benchmarking and internal alignment
- Extensive knowledge of compensation philosophies, plans, deferred compensation, pay practices, and pay equity issues
- Expertise implementing and tracking compensation metrics and benchmarks (e.g., compa-ratio)
