Risk Management Specialist Why Join As a Risk Management Specialist at OCBC, you'll play a critical role in protecting the bank's assets and reputation. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring the bank's continued stability and growth. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay up-to-date with the latest risk management trends and regulatory requirements. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. Your ability to analyze complex data, think critically, and communicate effectively will be essential in driving business decisions and ensuring the bank's risk profile is managed effectively. What you do - Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks to the bank's assets and reputation - Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams - Analyze complex data to identify trends and potential risks - Provide risk management guidance and support to business units - Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures - Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure risk management practices are aligned with regulatory requirements Who you are - A degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or risk management - At least 3 years of experience in risk management or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities - Knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
