Skills Required
- Extensive experience managing or coordinating operational, technology, cyber or privacy incidents.
- Experience in a regulated financial services environment.
- Experience supporting crisis management, major incident management or operational resilience.
- Experience producing executive, committee and regulatory reporting.
- Extensive experience coordinating with technology teams.
- Experience deploying and embedding new enterprise-wide capability leveraging AI (machine learning).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing across business, technology and risk functions.
- Advanced written and verbal communication.
- Ability to operate under pressure and within regulatory timeframes.
- Experience consulting/advising on data management and privacy standards, processes, remediation.
- Prior data governance and/or records/information management experience.
