The Vice President, Workforce Solutions is responsible for driving new business growth through the acquisition of enterprise healthcare workforce solutions, including Managed Service Provider (MSP), Vendor Management System (VMS), and multi-service workforce agreements. This role develops and executes sales strategies, builds executive-level relationships within healthcare systems, and leads complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling enterprise workforce solutions to healthcare organizations, successfully closing large-scale MSP/VMS engagements, and exceeding new business revenue targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Sales & Business Development- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, pursue, and close new MSP, VMS, and workforce solutions opportunities.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline sufficient to achieve or exceed annual sales goals.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, proposal creation, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and closing.
- Identify and engage executive decision-makers within healthcare systems and integrated delivery networks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior healthcare executives, including CHROs, CFOs, COOs, CNOs, and other key stakeholders.
- Serve as a consultative advisor by aligning workforce solutions with client business objectives and workforce challenges.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, client meetings, and networking events.
- Partner with Solution Design, Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Revenue Enablement teams to develop and deliver client solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of sold programs.
- Communicate market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to leadership.
- Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and forecasting data within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Deliver regular sales performance, pipeline, and market updates to executive leadership.
- Monitor sales metrics and adjust business development strategies as needed.
- Associate degree or higher.
- 7 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account acquisition.
- Demonstrated success selling MSP, VMS, workforce solutions, RPO, contingent workforce management, healthcare staffing solutions, or related enterprise services.
- Proven experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder agreements with large healthcare systems.
- Experience managing executive-level client relationships and navigating long sales cycles.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience selling multi-service workforce solutions across multiple healthcare service lines.
- Experience selling SaaS, workforce technology, or healthcare technology solutions.
- Experience working with integrated delivery networks (IDNs), academic medical centers, or large health systems.

Pay Rate$148,000 - $185,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
