The Role:

Blue Owl Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Vice President to join the Portfolio Management team responsible for managing its multiple investment vehicles. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company experiencing tremendous growth. The qualified Vice President will work closely with the Head of Blue Owl Digital Infrastructure Portfolio Management to lead the valuation process across our Digital Infrastructure platform. This role will be responsible for managing the monthly and quarterly valuation cycles for all Digital Infrastructure vehicles, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal and external standards. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in real estate valuations, preferably with exposure to data centers and global assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the monthly and quarterly valuation processes across multiple Digital Infrastructure vehicles, including both operating and development-stage assets.
  • Partner with investment, asset management, capital markets, investor relations, and accounting teams to collect, review, and analyze valuation-related information.
  • Review and/or develop and maintain valuation models, ensuring alignment with market practices and internal methodology.
  • Oversee third-party appraisal processes, including engagement, review, and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and present valuation materials to valuation committee and external stakeholders.
  • Support audit, investor reporting, and capital raising activities as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends in digital infrastructure and broader real estate sectors to inform valuation assumptions.
  • Drive process improvements and enhance systems/tools used in the valuation process.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in real estate valuation, investment, or asset management, with a strong foundation in financial modeling.
  • Direct experience with data centers and/or digital infrastructure assets strongly preferred.
  • Global experience or exposure to international valuation practices is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or valuation certification (e.g., MAI, CFA, ASA) a plus.
  • Demonstrated strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to quickly synthesize information from multiple sources.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in the details but also assess “the bigger picture” and provide key takeaways and conclusions.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, including proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, including an open, action-oriented personality.
  • Flexible and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and proactive environment.

It is expected that the base annual salary range for this Chicago-based position will between $150,000 - $200,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
