Position Summary: 

The primary focus of this role is to manage all strategic cash management initiatives, oversee global cash management/ liquidity activities, report on related activities and execute fund movements, as necessary.  Incumbent will enhance enterprise business decisions through automation & process improvement, cash flow forecasting and other financial modeling.  Responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure designated cash processing, reconciliation and reporting functions are completed in a timely manner.  Oversees implementation of Treasury Department initiatives and process improvements. This role does need to be located within a reasonable distance to our Conshohocken, PA Headquarters with the preference to a hybrid work model. 

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities: 

  • Maintains oversight of daily cash position, associated reporting and ensures timely processing of transactions through bank platforms by Treasury staff. 
  • Anticipates and recommends any short-term borrowing/investment needs to management and works with other internal stakeholders to determine the best source of additional liquidity. 
  • Develops, monitors, and analyses six-month cash liquidity forecast, ensuring any changes to projections are reconciled with FP&A & Accounting.  Prepares related reporting package for management. 
  • Manages the company’s initiative to migrate to a global banking platform with one provider.  Treasury lead for integration of all newly acquired entities. 
  • Assists CFO in maintaining compliance with all debt agreements including preparing related covenant calculations, preparing compliance certificates, and preparing compliance forecasts as needed. 
  • Assists CFO with risk management activities including all company insurance renewals, interest rate hedging activities and any other risk mitigation strategies implemented by the company. 
  • Responsible for ensuring day-to-day Treasury and banking needs for all company entities are met.  Manages company cash management banking relationships.  Reviews, recommends, and assists with negotiations of Treasury contracts with banks as needed.  
  • Maintains equipment financing relationships with our manufacturing partners and coordinates with accounting to ensure proper recording of any financing arrangements. 
  • Monitors existing bank account services and evaluates changes to banking products, services, and platforms as appropriate. 
  • Oversees and directs updates to Company bank signatory, or other bank documentation, as needed and serves as primary Company contact for any bank-initiated regulatory reviews/needs (KYC, FBAR, OFAC, etc.) 
  • Reviews and approves any Treasury month-end closing activities. 
  • Reviews bank fees, merchant card fees and provides monthly or quarterly reporting to management, as necessary. 
  • Responsible for the oversight and review of SOX compliance within the department; ensure proper controls exist over cash receipts, disbursements, and general Treasury activities.  Update controls, policies and narratives as needed. 
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and function within the guidelines of HIPAA. 
  • Completes assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required. 
  • Maintains compliant with AdaptHealth’s Compliance Program. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned during and outside of normal business hours as needed.

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 
  • Fifteen (15) years progressive experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, and/or Project Management 
  • Experience with a publicly traded company or other aggressive-growth business 
  • CTP designation is preferred. 

Physical Demands and Work Environment: 

  • Work environment will be stressful at times, as overall office activities and work levels fluctuate. 
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, stretch, stand, and sit for extended periods of time. 
  • Subject to long periods of sitting and exposure to computer screen. 
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and/or fingers due to extensive computer use. 
  • Metal ability to lead others and change processes in a fast-paced work environment. 
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds as needed. 
  • Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing. 
  • May be exposed to angry or irate customers or patients. 
  • Must be able to travel as needed.
