We’re looking for a Vice President to join our Financial Due Diligence team in Frankfurt.

 

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Support the team by leading on Due Diligence engagements. 
  • Undertake highly technical advisory projects under partner supervision
  • Be responsible for coaching, mentoring and counselling junior staff
  • Advise clients on pre and post-acquisition transaction issues
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term business relationships
  • Managing and contributing to further develop services for clients 

 

ESSENTIAL TRAITS: 

  • Proven experience in accounting or finance-related roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
  • Expertise in Financial Due Diligence for private equity and strategic buyers
  • CPA certification strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Flexibility to travel as required
  • Fluency in German is required
  • Ability to communicate effectively across diverse communities
  • Experience working collaboratively within diverse teams
