Position Description: DrinkPAK's growth is unprecedented in the industry, and our people strategy must scale as fast as our production lines. The Vice President of Talent will own the end-to-end talent lifecycle across all sites: workforce planning, high-volume and executive recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement and retention. This is a hands-on executive role for a builder who thrives in a high-growth, 24/7 manufacturing environment and can construct scalable systems while personally driving results.
Location: The position is based on-site at DrinkPAK's facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
Partner with the Chief People Officer, executive team, and site leadership to translate aggressive growth plans into multi-year workforce plans across California and Texas operations.
Build headcount models, hiring roadmaps, and labor cost forecasts for new line startups and facility launches, including ramp plans supporting approximately 1,000 new full-time roles in North Texas.
Define DrinkPAK's employer brand and value proposition in competitive manufacturing labor markets.
Talent Acquisition
Lead and scale a full-cycle recruiting function covering high-volume hourly production hiring, skilled technical trades (maintenance, controls, automation), quality, supply chain, and salaried/executive roles.
Establish metrics-driven recruiting operations: time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, funnel conversion, offer acceptance, and cost-per-hire.
Develop pipelines through community partnerships, technical schools, veteran programs, staffing agency management, and referral programs.
Onboarding, Learning & Development
Design onboarding that gets new team members safe, productive, and engaged quickly in a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment.
Build training and upskilling programs for operators and technicians on advanced, highly automated equipment; create leadership development pathways for frontline supervisors and managers.
Implement certification and cross-training frameworks that increase line flexibility and internal mobility.
Performance, Succession & Retention
Own performance management, calibration, and compensation planning cycles in partnership with Finance and HR.
Build succession plans for critical operational and technical roles across all shifts and sites.
Diagnose and reduce turnover through data-driven engagement, stay-interview, and recognition programs tailored to a 24/7 shift workforce.
Culture & Leadership
Champion DrinkPAK's culture of safety, accountability, innovation, and “Thirst for More” across a rapidly multiplying employee base.
Lead, mentor, and grow the Talent team; manage vendors, agencies, ATS/HRIS tooling, and the talent budget.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on organizational design and change management during rapid expansion.
Qualifications
At least 12+ years of progressive talent/HR experience, including at least 5+ years leading talent acquisition or talent management functions at the Director/VP level.
Proven success scaling workforces in high-growth manufacturing, CPG, food & beverage, distribution, or industrial environments; multi-site and high-volume hourly hiring experience strongly preferred.
Track record building recruiting engines from the ground up — processes, teams, tooling, and metrics.
Deep experience with L&D program design for technical/production workforces, including safety and compliance training.
Strong analytical orientation: comfortable building dashboards and making decisions with data.
Working knowledge of California and Texas employment landscapes; experience supporting bilingual (English/Spanish) workforces a plus.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification a plus.
Willingness to work on-site and travel regularly between Santa Clarita, CA and Fort Worth, TX facilities.
