We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and strategic Vice President. This role will lead our people strategy across Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Internal Communications and Engagement. This executive will serve as a key member of the leadership team, driving initiatives that cultivate a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven workplace.
This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ and requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management & Development
• Design and implement scalable, future-focused talent development programs that support career growth, succession planning, and leadership capability.
• Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning and development solutions.
• Oversee performance management processes that align with business goals and promote a culture of continuous feedback and accountability.
Talent Acquisition
• Lead a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and hire top talent at all levels of the organization.
• Champion employer branding initiatives to strengthen our position as an employer of choice.
• Optimize hiring processes to enhance efficiency, elevate the candidate experience, and advance diversity outcomes.
Diversity & Inclusion
• Develop and execute a holistic D&I strategy into all HR and business practices.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on diversity metrics to ensure transparency, progress, and accountability.
• Facilitate learning, dialogue, and programming that strengthens an inclusive and psychologically safe culture.
Employee Engagement & Experience
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being.
• Lead annual engagement surveys and translate insights into actionable, measurable improvement plans.
• Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring strong alignment between organizational values and the employee experience.
Communications & Culture
• Oversee the internal communications strategy to ensure clarity, consistency, and transparency across the organization.
• Partner closely with leadership to shape, evolve, and reinforce organizational culture.
• Lead change management efforts during periods of transformation, growth, or organizational redesign.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional HR certification is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level roles.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional HR, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Deep expertise in talent strategy, D&I, organizational development, and culture transformation.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $248,000 to 353,100. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

As a Church & Dwight US employee, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. You are also able to participate in our 401k retirement plan (with company match and profit-sharing) and Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan.  

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.  Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
