The Vice President of Supply Chain and Accounts Payable will sit out of our corporate office in Mishawaka Indiana and oversees and transforms Franciscan Health’s supply chain and payment functions. This individual provides overall strategy, team development, employee engagement, and process leadership for the organization’s Sourcing and Contracting, Logistics, Distribution.
The VP is responsible for deploying and continuously improving supply chain and accounts payable processes throughout Franciscan Health. This individual oversees a team that liaise with multiple suppliers (including inter-organization), integrated strategic partners, and contractors, to ensure the smooth flow of product, services, and payments throughout the end-to-end supply chain.

Collaborate with the Franciscan's Executive Leadership Team to set the supply chain strategy for services, such as procurement, strategic sourcing & contracting, supplier partnerships, value analysis, payments and internal controls.
Provide thought leadership to the supply chain strategy and oversee the coordinated execution of supply chain operations within the individual acute, non-acute, and home care settings.
Maintain strong and influential relationships with key stakeholders, and serves as a member of the Corporate Leadership Team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree Business Management, supply chain management, or related field - Required
Master's Degree - Preferred
10+ years Supply Chain, Supply Leadership - Required
