As the platform continues to scale across mission-critical production environments, we are investing in a next-generation Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) organization focused on reliability, automation, security, and operational excellence.
What You Own- Entire SRE pillar: SaaSOps/Infra, Customer Support + SAP Ops, QE, Security, Release Mgmt, PM CTO Office.
- SaaSOps automation.
- SLI/SLO framework for all products. Error budgets. Incident operating model. ≥80% auto-detection.
- 24x7 support (from 24x5). Staggered L1 hires + automation.
- Security & Compliance from zero: GRC, AppSec, PenTest, infra security. SOC2 readiness.
- Release governance: gates, go/no-go criteria, 5 coordinated release trains/month.
- MTTR reduction, RCA standardization.
- 12+ years in engineering/SRE/DevOps with 5+ years leading SRE or platform ops at scale.
- Experience managing 20+ person orgs spanning infrastructure, support, QA, and/or security.
- Deep expertise: Kubernetes, AWS (EKS, Lambda, RDS), IaC (Terraform/Pulumi), CI/CD.
- Proven SLI/SLO frameworks, error budgets, and incident management built from scratch.
- SaaS multi-tenant experience (namespace isolation, per-customer provisioning).
- Understanding of ERP integration patterns (SAP BASIS, BTP, S/4HANA, Maximo).
- Scaling SRE through automation, not hiring.
- React Native mobile app operations and release management.
- SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance experience.
- Building security functions from zero.
- Connected workforce / industrial IoT platforms.
- MTTR ≥30% improvement Q1. ≥80% Sev-1/Sev-2 auto-detected.
- SaaSOps: envs/engineer from 11 to 14+ via automation.

Skills Required
- 12+ years in engineering/SRE/DevOps with 5+ years leading SRE or platform operations at scale.
- Experience managing 20+ person organizations spanning infrastructure, support, QA, and/or security.
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
- Experience with AWS services (EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFront, IAM, VPC, Route53).
- Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform or Pulumi) and configuration management (Ansible).
- CI/CD tooling experience (GitLab CI, Jenkins) and release governance.
- Proven SLI/SLO frameworks, error budgets, and incident management built from scratch.
- SaaS multi-tenant operations experience (namespace isolation, per-customer provisioning).
- Understanding of ERP integration patterns (SAP BASIS, BTP, S/4HANA, Maximo).
- Experience scaling SRE through automation (increase envs/engineer) rather than linear hiring.
- Experience operating or building 24x7 support models and improving MTTR.
