Vice President, Sourcing & Resiliency Coordinator - Product & Innovation (Digital Assets Business)
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Sourcing and Resiliency Coordinator for Product & Innovation (Digital Assets Business) to join our Product & Innovation Hub (Digital Assets) First Line Risk, Controls & Resiliency team. This role is located in New York.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand purchasing or vendor needs
- Lead sourcing projects from request through evaluation and selection
- Coordinate RFP/RFI/RFQ processes where applicable
- Work with suppliers/vendors on proposals, pricing, terms, and service expectations
- Collaborate with legal, risk, compliance, finance, and procurement teams
- Track timelines, dependencies, and approvals across the sourcing lifecycle
- Support contract negotiation and vendor onboarding activities
- Help ensure policy and process adherence in sourcing and third-party engagement
- Identify savings, value, risk, and efficiency opportunities
- Manage stakeholder communication throughout the engagement
- Collaborate with product and operational teams to help incorporate risk and control considerations into business processes and initiatives.
- Assist in resiliency activities, including business assessments and business continuity plan documentation and maintenance.
- Help track issues, action items, and risk remediation efforts, ensuring appropriate follow-up and documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues in second and third lines of defense to support risk governance and oversight activities.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in sourcing, third party governance, resiliency, controls, operations, banking, or a related field.
- Exposure to financial services or digital assets/blockchain is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, including interaction with product, operations, and risk/control partners.
- Familiarity with policies, procedures, or control documentation is a plus.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
