Job DescriptionThe Vice President of Sales is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue and growth objectives. This role involves leading and managing the field sales team and key account managers, building strong relationships with key customers, and driving sales performance across all channels. The VP of Sales will be responsible for developing a high-performance sales culture focused on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and distribution strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales teams, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance.
- Field Sales:
- Drive sales growth through effective management of the field sales team.
- Ensure field sales team members meet or exceed sales targets within their assigned territories.
- Implement and manage sales programs, promotions, and incentives to drive sales.
- Monitor field sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Retail Boutiques:
- Ensure a cross-functional collaboration with Marketing & CE teams, amplifying sales performance (inclusive of VM & SD, Training and Events)
- Ensure a cross-functional collaboration with Finance to lead wholesale & retail budgets & sales targets, Beauty Advisor and all other staffing budgets, bonus programs, etc.
- Key Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Develop and execute account-specific sales plans and strategies.
- Monitor key account performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and distributors.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales and marketing initiatives and to develop effective sales tools and resources.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achievement of financial targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and to develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as with industry regulations.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and revenue streams.
- Work closely with the leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.

- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
- Deep understanding of the beauty market, including trends, competitors, and distribution channels.
- Experience managing key accounts and negotiating contracts with major retailers.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing sales budgets.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support the sales team.
LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $240,000.00 - $260,000.00.
