What you’ll step into

You’ll lead the full commercial engine—bringing together:

  • Sales
  • Marketing
  • Revenue Strategy

And you’ll partner directly with executive leadership on portfolio strategy, acquisitions, and repositioning efforts.

Lead modern, data-driven marketing that increases direct demand, improves ROI, and strengthens brand presence.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience leading multi-property or portfolio commercial teams
  • Track record of driving revenue growth and improving RevPAR or market share
  • Experience working within major hotel brands (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG)
  • Experience partnering with Revenue Management on pricing, segmentation, and demand strategy
  • Experience leading data-driven marketing and demand generation to improve direct demand and ROI
  • Proven ability to build and develop senior commercial leaders and stable talent bench
  • Experience with portfolio strategy, acquisitions, and asset repositioning
  • Ability to be centrally based in Richmond, VA (HQ-based role; relocation support available)
