Position Summary

Kaseya is looking for a Vice President of Sales Development who will architect and lead one of the industry's most productive pipeline-generation engines. 

This executive will own global inbound and outbound sales development, driving the strategies, systems, talent, and operating rigor required to consistently generate high-quality pipeline for the sales organization. The role requires a builder who can combine data-driven execution with exceptional leadership, creating a culture that develops future sales leaders while delivering predictable revenue impact. 

Key Responsibilities 

Build a World-Class Sales Development Organization 

  • Lead and scale a global team of SDR managers, team leads, and representatives. 
  • Develop a high-performance culture centered on accountability, coaching, meritocracy, and results. 
  • Establish clear career pathways, succession plans, and leadership development programs. 
  • Create a repeatable operating model that enables rapid scaling while maintaining quality. 

Drive Pipeline Generation 

  • Own global SDR-generated pipeline targets across new logo, expansion, and strategic growth initiatives. 
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Marketing leaders to maximize demand conversion. 
  • Develop segmentation, account prioritization, and outbound motions that increase pipeline yield. 
  • Ensure SDR investments produce measurable and predictable revenue outcomes. 

Optimize Revenue Engine Performance 

  • Define and monitor KPIs across lead response time, contact rates, meeting conversion, opportunity creation, pipeline contribution, revenue influence, and SDR productivity. 
  • Build a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement leveraging AI, automation, and analytics. 

Scale Outbound Excellence 

  • Develop and execute global outbound prospecting strategies. 
  • Implement account-based motions for strategic and enterprise prospects. 
  • Leverage AI-driven targeting, sequencing, and engagement approaches. 
  • Increase efficiency while improving conversion rates and pipeline quality. 

Partner With GTM Leadership 

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales leadership on territory planning, coverage models, and growth opportunities. 
  • Align closely with Marketing to ensure effective lead management and funnel optimization. 
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to establish forecasting rigor and performance visibility. 

Data, Systems & AI 

  • Champion the use of AI and automation throughout the prospecting lifecycle. 
  • Drive adoption of modern sales engagement platforms, CRM systems, and revenue intelligence tools. 
  • Develop executive dashboards and performance reporting that enable informed decision making. 

Qualifications 

  • 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience. 
  • 7+ years leading SDR, Business Development, or Pipeline Generation organizations. 
  • Experience managing teams of 100+ SDRs and multiple layers of leadership preferred. 
  • Background within high-growth SaaS, cybersecurity, IT management, MSP, or enterprise software environments preferred. 
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
