Job Description: We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive professional for a VP level APAC Roadshow Manager role on the Corporate Access team based in NY. This individual would be part of the International Team and would be responsible for helping advise APAC corporates on regional marketing strategies and target investors whilst executing end to end logistics and helping partner on US summits/conferences where APAC companies seek participation. Someone who would be successful in this role would be process driven with acute attention to detail, the ability to multitask and communicate with internal and external stakeholders whilst providing white glove service to visiting corporates. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with Research, Sales and Banking across the Jefferies global platform to manage and maximize all access flow from APAC listed companies, analysts and experts  into North America.
  • Lead planning and execution for all NDRs and Analyst roadshows including but not limited to being the primary point of contact, facility and venue sourcing, catering organization, ground transportation, AV needs, security registration, travel recommendations etc in addition to providing support throughout live NDRs.
  • Maintain detailed event timelines and schedules ensuring all deadlines are met and managed efficiently.
  • Partner with the Conference team for events inclusive of APAC companies including personalizing marketing materials, request aggregation, meeting scheduling, onsite event logistics.
  • Maintain records for all APAC events into North America including calendar of events, budgets, post event reporting.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in working in corporate access, sales or related roles focusing on APAC companies. 
  • Knowledge of the North American investor landscape for APAC companies.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to problem solve and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MeetMax, Zoom and event management tools.
  • Languages a plus but not a requirement.
  • SIE, Series 7 and 63 preferred and if not a willingness to get licensed.

New York, NY Full Time Base Salary Range of $175,000-200,000.

The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications.
