JOB TITLE: Vice President – RA7003128
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. seeks a Vice President in New York, NY to coordinate with junior members of the team and collectively prepare CLO transaction materials and respond to investor diligence requests. Requires a Master’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent and three (3) years of experience completing in-depth tasks in relation to CLO economics, documentation, and cashflow mechanisms for a financial institution; performing complex cashflow modeling for CLO tranches; conducting detailed analysis on expected CLO tranche investor returns, underlying loan portfolio performance of CLO transactions, and key terms in CLO legal documents; utilizing industry-specific software including IntexCalc and Bloomberg Terminal to perform complex CLO cashflow analytics in regard to CLOs’ expected investor returns and underlying loan portfolio performance; and building and maintaining database and programs in Excel VBA to increase speed and efficiency of desk operations and analytics. Salary range: $210,000.00 - $328,000.00/year This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
