Job Summary

As a Quantitative Analytics Manager in the Voice Product Analytics team within Consumer and Community Banking Data & Analytics, you will lead initiatives that improve customer experience and reduce operating expenses. You will work across the full analytics lifecycle—from scoping and data development to hypothesis design, analysis, and delivery of insights. You will connect customer interaction data across channels to understand journeys and pinpoint friction points. You will translate findings into clear recommendations and present them in a way that enables leaders to make evidence-based decisions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with product teams to understand business goals, key drivers, and the data behind them
  • Define and lead measurement strategies, including key performance indicators, trend monitoring, and dashboarding
  • Build segmentations, optimizations, and other analytical approaches to improve performance and customer outcomes
  • Import, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources to prepare it for analysis
  • Analyze customer interactions across channels (calls, branch, online, mobile) to map journeys and identify friction
  • Design experiments and pilot evaluations (including A/B tests) and measure program impact to inform future strategy
  • Use tools such as SQL, Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics to analyze complex datasets and identify patterns
  • Synthesize insights into clear narratives that separate signal from noise and support decision-making
  • Collaborate with data management, strategy, and analytics partners across teams to drive shared outcomes
  • Mentor and develop a small team of onshore and offshore analytics professionals

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 7 years of experience applying analytics and statistical techniques (hypothesis development, experiment design, analysis, and actionable recommendations)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and Python, plus experience with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics
  • Ability to independently query and extract data from enterprise data sources and databases
  • Demonstrated strength in data quality discipline (validation, documentation, and attention to detail)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver practical solutions
  • Experience communicating insights clearly through written summaries and presentations for leadership audiences

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Master’s degree and/or PhD in a relevant quantitative field
  • Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, prioritization, and team development
  • Experience applying machine learning and artificial intelligence methods to business problems
  • Experience working in cloud and modern data environments (Amazon Web Services, Snowflake)
  • Familiarity with agentic AI tools used in analytics workflows (for example, GitHub Copilot, Cortex AI)

Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. The CCB Data & Analytics team responsibly leverages data across Chase to build competitive advantages for the businesses while providing value and protection for customers. The team encompasses a variety of disciplines from data governance and strategy to reporting, data science and machine learning. We have a strong partnership with Technology, which provides cutting edge data and analytics infrastructure. The team powers Chase with insights to create the best customer and business outcomes.
