5WPR is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President, Public Relations to join our thriving B2B Tech practice. This role is ideal for a strategic communications leader with deep expertise in Adtech, Martech, SaaS, and AI. The VP will provide senior-level counsel to clients, lead high-impact media strategies, and drive agency growth through business development and team leadership.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Lead and manage senior-level client relationships, serving as the primary strategic advisor and trusted partner.
• Develop and execute innovative, results-driven PR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Expand agency visibility and reputation by driving new business initiatives and identifying growth opportunities.
• Deliver top-tier media strategy, securing high-impact coverage and thought leadership placements in relevant industry and business press.
• Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of PR professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Ensure exceptional client service, providing proactive strategic counsel and solving challenges with creativity and agility.
• Identify and introduce new agency capabilities to clients, expanding service offerings and driving revenue growth.
• Maintain a strong industry network, staying ahead of trends in Adtech, Martech, SaaS, and AI to inform client strategies.

Here’s what you have:

• 8+ years of PR experience, with a strong track record in B2B Tech (Adtech, Martech, SaaS, AI).
• Agency experience required, with expertise in client management and business development.
• Proven media relations success, securing top-tier placements and shaping narratives in tech and business press.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, including crafting compelling client messaging, strategic plans, and thought leadership content.
• Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
• Ability to drive results, meeting and exceeding client expectations and agency growth targets.
