The Role
As the VP, Program Management and Delivery, you will lead Asset Management Technology's most strategic programs and portfolios, driving alignment between business priorities, technology investments, and delivery outcomes. You will partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, finance, and business teams to oversee execution, manage risk and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an experienced technology leader with a record of delivering large-scale transformation programs in complex organizations. They bring strong program management expertise, executive presence, and the ability to influence stakeholders, lead teams, and drive measurable business results.

As a leader overseeing programs across AM Technology's strategic portfolio, you will drive large, complex, cross-functional programs that are aligned, governed, and delivered against business and technology objectives. You will lead partnerships across product, engineering, and business organizations to drive execution, manage risk and dependencies, and provide the transparency needed for effective executive decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10 plus years of progressively responsible technology program management, portfolio management, or delivery leadership experience.
- Proven expertise leading large-scale enterprise technology programs involving multiple business units, technology domains, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technology investments into business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience leading governance, executive reporting, risk management, and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of agile, iterative, and traditional technology delivery methodologies.
- Experience within financial services, asset management, investment management, or highly regulated industries preferred.
The Team
Asset Management Technology’s TSG organization is responsible for defining and maintaining the AMT strategy, driving effective program management and delivery practices, operations, and managing both discretionary and non-discretionary Enterprise Technology–driven initiatives within AMT. This role is a key connector across Asset Management Technology, ensuring strategic alignment, clear communication, effective execution governance, and informed prioritization.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
