We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Production services Infrastructure Support to join our Production team. This role is located in Pune

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:


  • Deliver high-complexity, re-usable AI Capabilities and AI transformation to achieve efficiencies with SMEs within the teams.
  • Manage AI demand intake and help prioritize work against business, operational, resiliency, and control needs.
  • Coordinate delivery across engineering, production services, architecture, and relevant stakeholders to support execution of approved AI use cases.
  • Track progress, dependencies, risks, issues, KPIs/KRIs, and portfolio status; provide regular reporting and escalation.
  • Support governance processes to ensure AI initiatives align with enterprise standards, controls, and risk expectations.
  • Drive adoption and change management for delivered AI capabilities, including communications, enablement, and community-building activities.
  • Measure and report business/operational impact and maintain visibility of outcomes versus plan.
  • Provide Production support for AI solutions in conjunction with SMEs within the teams
  • Implement critical Run-the-Bank (RTB) and new projects related to Eliza, Eliza AI Hub, Eliza Brain (GCP Google brain), and Eliza as a Service (EaaS).


To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Strong knowledge and experience working in Network infrastructure, Network operations, or enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Technical depth: AI agents, LLMs, MCP,  MLOps, data/platform architecture
  • Experience in engineering, production services, service management, or technology program/delivery leadership.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery and stakeholder management in a controlled technology environment.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, incident/problem/change management, operational resiliency, and performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and control requirements for enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Experience implementing the Agentic AI solutions for the infrastructure teams
  • Demonstrated success driving AI or data-driven solutions from idea through implementation and adoption.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
  • Communicates clearly and often to relevant stakeholders.
  • Executes with speed and order, with strong ownership and follow-through.
  • Operates with a strong control focus and sound risk awareness.
  • Collaborates across teams, influences without hierarchy, and supports a learning culture.
  • Challenges status quo appropriately while driving continuous improvement.

  • 10 -12 years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus

  • Experience supporting automation, analytics, or AI-enabled operational improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of governance, risk/control, and KPI/KRI tracking in enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong communication and change/adoption capability across broad stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with AI use cases relevant to infrastructure, operations, and service management.
  • Experience defining KPIs, business cases, and value realization frameworks for enterprise technology initiatives.
