The Digital Benefits experience creates curated customer journeys that enhance engagement with financial products, commerce categories, and strategic partners. Our current focus is to enhance the Benefits Hub, delivering a personalized, visually engaging experience that is scalable and intuitive, helping customers maximize the benefits offered by Chase and partners.
We are seeking a Product Manager passionate about creating delightful mobile experiences. You will think strategically, build relationships, and manage key priorities. Your primary role will be to develop features and customer experiences in the Chase Mobile app, focusing on Cardmember Benefits. You will solve customer problems, write Agile user stories, groom the backlog, prepare sprints for development, and contribute to the product vision. You will work closely with design and development teams to deliver a scalable, intuitive UX.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to define vision and develop strategy.
- Gather and refine requirements in Jira, aligning with customer and business priorities.
- Work with Scrum teams to create requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure features meet acceptance criteria.
- Develop phased delivery and go-to-market plans in an Agile environment.
- Lead workstreams with partners on prioritization of delivery and innovation roadmaps.
- Maintain deep knowledge of user experience insights and anticipate trends to refine the backlog.
- Develop key relationships and manage communications with stakeholders, including senior executives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years of digital product management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, and strategic development.
- Experience managing complex programs.
- Experience with Agile product development techniques and practices.
- Structured thinker with the ability to analyze opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Ability to create momentum among diverse teams and manage delivery timelines under pressure.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude suitable for aligning established and new business practices.

- Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
