Vice President, Product Management


Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Vice President, Product Management  will translate Deepwatch’s Managed Security Services solutions (MDR, XDR, Managed EDR, Vulnerability Management, and Managed Firewall) product vision into an execution-ready product and services strategy for your team.  You will partner with leaders across Deepwatch to ensure we're achieving our mission in a way that creates confidence in our ability to deliver high engagement product experiences that impress our customers.


In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Lead and develop the execution of company-wide product management program and initiatives
  • Advance Deepwatch’s success by scaling our Product organization and driving our product roadmap and delivery  
  • Lead Deepwatch towards aggressive growth by promoting the strategy for Deepwatch's platform, products, and services, helping achieve and maintain high levels of engagement and business growth
  • Partner with leaders in Delivery, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and other areas to ensure our unique intellectual property becomes an important driver for delighting our customers and driving Deepwatch's growth 
  • Lead a remote team of product managers and designers and oversee the achievement of on-time and in-scope roadmap deliverables 
  • Define positioning, packaging pricing, and new product service introductions
  • Deliver impactful presentations at industry events to advance Deepwatch’s success in the market


To be successful in this role, you’ll need to:

  • Demonstrate expertise in cybersecurity product management to successfully implement Deepwatch’s Product and Services vision
  • Be an expert on markets and the competition in the security space
  • Have proven experience as a Product leader in the Cybersecurity space
  • Use modern product, design, and research methodologies to create valuable Products and Services
  • Use end-to-end customer experience and service design methodologies
  • Foster a growth-oriented culture and lead your team to unlock their potential 
  • Continually increase your expertise on security markets and the competition to increase our lead in the MDR/XDR space 
  • Build sound arguments and business cases for investments and projects; ensure appropriate portfolio investments and resources
  • Build a modern product culture centered around delivering customer value
  • Balance a positive work environment, encourage collaboration and curiosity, while driving accountability and transparency
  • Be willing and able to travel quarterly for internal gatherings, team building, and to have some fun




ITAR Compliance

Colorado* Candidates:

For applicants in Colorado the salary range for this role is $240,000 to $300,000 + bonus + commissions + stock options + benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
