We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Product Management to join our Securities Finance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

The Vice President, Product Management is a pivotal individual contributor who leads cross-functional initiatives to embed AI into platform products and operational workflows while advancing product strategy and lifecycle excellence. You will translate enterprise AI strategy into actionable adoption plans, drive change management and enablement, ensure governance and risk adherence, and deliver measurable impact on client experience, productivity, and operational performance. In parallel, you will own core product management responsibilities—vision, road mapping, and lifecycle management—to ensure our platform products meet market demands and client expectations.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Translate enterprise AI strategy into platform adoption roadmaps and quarterly portfolios with milestones, dependencies, and KPIs.

  • Lead discovery to identify and prioritize AI use cases; assess feasibility, risk, and ROI; build business cases and measurement plans.

  • Define execution stage gates from ideation through pilot, scale, and steady-state operations; ensure benefits realization.

  • Design and run change management and enablement (communications, playbooks, role-based training) to drive sustained adoption of AI tools (agents, copilots, assisted workflows).

  • Ensure Responsible AI and regulatory compliance by partnering with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Data Governance; maintain documentation, auditability, monitoring, and remediation.

  • Partner with cross-functional squads and Technology/Data teams to deliver production-ready AI capabilities (integration, data quality, performance), and advise senior leaders to align roadmaps to business goals.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Data/AI, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

  • 8–12+ years leading digital transformation, product management, and data/AI initiatives in financial services or similarly regulated industries.
  • Proven ability to take emerging technology from ideation through pilot and scale—driving enterprise adoption and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong AI/ML and GenAI fluency, including common solution patterns and use cases (assistants/agents, copilots, extraction/classification, summarization, recommendations).
  • Product leadership across vision, roadmaps, backlog ownership, lifecycle management, and release execution in cross-functional delivery environments.
  • Operate effectively within governance and data controls (Responsible AI, model risk, privacy/security, lineage/quality), including prompt design and evaluation/measurement approaches.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and change leadership; define KPIs and deliver executive-ready dashboards/scorecards to track performance and sustain adoption.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Product Management, Responsible AI/Model Risk) are a plus.
