Title and Summary
Vice President, Product Management - Network Products, EEMEA
Overview
The VP, Network Products & RTP payments will join the EEMEA core payments team driving product strategy, roadmap and execution of future of Mastercard's global payments network. The successful candidate will lead the definition and execution of product go-to-market and commercialization strategies for new and existing product offerings within the product suite offered by Network Products and RTP platforms and focus on the EEMEA region.
The role • Drive switching penetration growth and profitable revenue growth from network and rtp services• Develop and maintain a strong leadership on regional market landscape, customer needs, competitor strategies • Define and maintain MA's regional network products go-to-market and growth strategy • Engage with regional stakeholders and customers to drive awareness and adoption of network products • Co-lead / support engagements with market regulators regarding our core network value proposition• Shepherd new product concepts thru the regional PME / Studio process to enable market launches • Own the regional P&L and lead commercialization strategies for the region to enable rollout, scaling and monetization of new product offerings • Be the spokesperson for the core network in the region, drive proactive internal and external communications to highlight MA's competitive differentiation • Provide input into and influence the global product development and prioritization based on regional needs and priorities • Support ongoing product management for existing products
The candidate • Prior experience in payments / fintech • Strong understanding of industry value chain dynamics, Mastercard business • Ability to interact with varying levels of leadership across the organization and with internal and external clients; ability to lead and influence at all levels • Strong collaborator, ability to work cross-functionally • Ability to build and leverage relationships within and outside the organization to drive results • Ability to work with ambiguity and manage complex projects; successfully manage multiple responsibilities and tasks • Product management experience in a regional role • Data and financial analysis skills and experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong visual presentation skills, including data visualization and ability to produce clear, compelling narratives • Self-starter and quick learner with ability to work independently • Strong project management skills - strong organization and task management is expected
