Your Contribution:

  • As Head of Software Product Management (m/f/d) for one of our business areas, you coordinate, manage, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers, product owners, and requirements engineers.
  • You shape and contribute to the corporate strategy, design the end-to-end product strategy, and oversee its successful implementation throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • With your analytical mindset, you monitor market trends, develop market and competitive strategies, and regularly review and optimize product strategies for sustainable growth.
  • In close collaboration with the development team, you create detailed roadmaps and release plans, conduct effort estimations, and support product management in setting priorities.
  • With your exceptional communication skills, you actively participate in sales events and marketing initiatives, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders are aligned with the product vision.

 

What You Bring:

  • Several years of outstanding experience as a Product Owner (m/f/d), ideally in health data, digital health solutions, or health IT, with a proven track record in developing user-centered products.
  • A completed degree, preferably from a renowned university, in business informatics, health management, business administration, or a related field, demonstrating your academic excellence.
  • Comprehensive expertise in data management, data protection, and regulatory requirements, enabling you to craft innovative solutions that comply with the highest standards.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with agile methodologies, along with facilitation, communication, and teamwork skills that drive successful product development.
  • A passion for creative problem-solving, paired with strong analytical skills and curiosity about diverse topics  fluent German and English skills required.
