LOCATION: Remote-United States, Remote-Canada, Hybrid-Eden Prairie-MN-USA, Hybrid-Waterloo-ON-CAN


The Vice President of Endpoint Security Product Management will define and execute Arctic Wolf’s Endpoint strategy, ensuring product performance, alignment with market needs, and revenue growth. This leader will oversee the Endpoint Security product line's financial targets, own the strategy for product expansion and cross-sell opportunities, and serve as a key player in shaping Arctic Wolf's position within the competitive Endpoint Security landscape.


Strategic Leadership & Ownership

  • Own the complete lifecycle of Arctic Wolf’s Endpoint Security portfolio - from strategy and investment decisions through development, launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement, including acquisitions and integration.
  • Own financial targets for the Endpoint Security product line, ensuring continued growth.
  • Own portfolio positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy in partnership with Product Marketing and Sales, supporting both net-new customer acquisition and expansion within the installed base.
  • Develop and drive cross-functional strategies to enhance product performance, identify new revenue streams, and cross-sell opportunities with a focus on net new business.
  • Oversee competitive landscape analysis, develop business cases for new Endpoint products, and lead strategies to integrate Endpoint capabilities.
  • Contribute to key business activities, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), industry forums, and events.
  • Represent the Endpoint Security strategy and business performance with executive leadership, customers, industry analysts, partners, and other external stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Cultivate an environment where product managers can thrive and contribute to the company's ambitious growth goals.

Growth & Innovation

  • Drive innovation within Endpoint strategy, identifying opportunities and exploring new market segments.
  • Support M&A activities by contributing to strategic analysis and integration of potential acquisitions.

Experience & Expertise

  • Significant experience in the cybersecurity space, with extensive knowledge of the Endpoint Security landscape, including a deep understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a technically complex endpoint security product through multiple stages of its lifecycle, including product strategy, development, launch, scaling, operational challenges, and portfolio evolution.
  • Prior experience in high-growth organizations, with a history of success navigating market challenges and executing strategies that drive exceptional growth.

Technical & Business Acumen

  • Bring sufficient technical depth to guide strategic product decisions involving endpoint agents, prevention and behavioral detection, EDR telemetry, response capabilities, operating-system architecture, performance, reliability, and false-positive management.
  • Define how Endpoint Security integrates with Arctic Wolf’s broader platform and managed security services, ensuring endpoint capabilities improve analyst workflows, detection and response outcomes, and the customer experience across the portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape in the Endpoint space.
  • Establish and own product success metrics spanning protection efficacy, product quality, deployment and adoption, customer health, customer satisfaction, retention, and commercial performance.
  • Strong background in business case development for new products and initiatives.

Product Leadership & EQ

Translate business and portfolio-level strategy into clear endpoint security product priorities, roadmaps, resource-allocation recommendations, and measurable outcomes.

Establish an operating cadence for product discovery, delivery, launch, and performance management.

Serve as the accountable product leader across Engineering, Security Research, Managed Services, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Finance.

High EQ and strong conflict management skills, with a collaborative approach to partnering across functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

Experience leading and mentoring global, cross-functional teams and the ability to drive impactful outcomes across an organization.

Security Requirements
