Function: Product Management — Customer Communications & Experience Management (CXM) Employment
We are looking for a Vice President of Product Management – CXM to define and drive the strategic direction of Quadient’s Customer Communications and Experience Management portfolio, including the Inspire platform.
This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of product strategy, customer insight, and engineering execution. Reporting to the SVP of Product & R&D, you will own the product vision, multi‑year roadmap, and business outcomes for our CXM platform, while leading a global team of product and product marketing leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Set and communicate a compelling long‑term product vision for Quadient’s CXM and CCM platforms
- Own the multi‑year product strategy and roadmap, aligned with platform and SaaS transformation goals
- Lead the evolution toward a cloud‑native, AI‑enabled, API‑first platform
- Translate market trends (AI, omnichannel engagement, journey orchestration) into differentiated capabilities
- Lead and develop a high‑performing global product organization
- Partner closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership
- Own product P&L and drive ARR growth, adoption, and retention
- Represent Quadient with customers, partners, analysts, and at industry forums
- Support M&A and integration initiatives within the CXM portfolio

What We’re Looking For
- 12–15+ years of experience in product management within enterprise software or SaaS
- 7+ years leading and scaling product management teams
- Deep expertise in CCM, CXM, enterprise platforms, or adjacent domains
- Proven experience delivering complex, cloud or SaaS platform transformations
- Strong technical fluency (APIs, integrations, enterprise architecture)
- Exceptional executive‑level communication and stakeholder leadership
- Experience in regulated industries (financial services, insurance, healthcare, public sector) is highly valued
