Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a strategic VP Pricing and Revenue Management leader to build an enterprise pricing function. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role leads pricing strategy, demand forecasting, revenue optimization and analytics to improve occupancy, revenue and margin.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pricing and revenue management, including pricing architecture, rate increases, discounts and promotions.
- Build demand forecasting, governance, KPIs and revenue processes across communities.
- Apply pricing analytics, elasticity, segmentation, competitive intelligence and predictive analytics to improve decisions.
- Translate analytics into recommendations for leaders.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Technology to align pricing, demand and occupancy.
- Build scalable tools and a high-performing revenue management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy or analytics.
- Leadership experience in complex, multi-unit organizations.
- Proven success building a pricing/revenue management function.
- Expertise in pricing strategy, forecasting, segmentation, elasticity and revenue optimization.
- Strong financial acumen and cross-functional influence.
- Experience with a fee for service environment strongly preferred
