We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President POM Product Owner  to join our Wealth Services team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Responsible for end-to-end delivery of products.
  • Collaborates with Product Manager, Operations, Engineering, Design and Architects to drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Turns client and data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer.
  • Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  • Assist product manager in developing, owning and executing on product roadmap.
  • Works with design and user research to define the user experience, support, and monitoring for customers.
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
  • Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
  • Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
  • Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
  • Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.
  • Adherence to the processes and creation of artifacts required for securing approval of multiple toll gates for releasing code to production. 
  • Participate and contribute in building and strengthening of Product Owner Center of excellence.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • 6-10 years of direct product management experience in end user applications in Wealth Management, Broker Dealer, Custody, or Consumer Facing fintech space
  • Alternatively, MBA with 3+ years’ experience in general management consulting firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, Deloitte) within their Financial Services practice or their digital arms focused on Financial Services clients
  • Master’s degree in engineering, business from Tier 1 schools
  • Proven track record of delivering products with a customer-first mindset.
  • Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles.
  • Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of front-end applications including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, etc.
