The role:
- The Vice President of People (VP of People) will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s HR strategy and ensuring its alignment with business objectives.

Why you’re a great fit:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior HR leadership roles with people management experience.
- Proven success in delivering HR initiatives that align with and support business goals.
- Experience in leading organizational transformation and effectively managing change.
- Strong capability to partner with executive leadership as a trusted advisor.
- Expertise in programs for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics for HR strategy and decision-making.
- Preferred experience in dynamic, growth-oriented organizations undergoing transformation or restructuring.
- Preferred demonstrated success in driving measurable outcomes in HR initiatives and cultural enhancement.
- Preferred strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
