Key Responsibilities:
As Vice President, Owned Channels Content Authoring Lead, you will:
- Stand up and lead the authoring function — build the team, define roles and expectations, and establish durable ways of working.
- Create the authoring operating model — design end-to-end workflows, SLAs, intake/prioritization, and release coordination across Marketing, Product, and Technology.
- Own content standards and governance — set editorial guidelines and establish decision rights, approval paths, and documentation to ensure consistency and control.
- Drive AEM publishing excellence — partner with Product and Technology to define AEM authoring/publishing processes, templates/components, roles/permissions, and quality checks to enable scalable content delivery.
- Ensure quality and risk discipline — implement QA, measurement, and continuous improvement routines to maintain high-quality, compliant customer-facing content.
- Enable experience uplift over time — identify content opportunities to improve customer clarity and confidence across journeys and support ongoing optimization.

- Strong executive communication and influence skills; ability to drive decisions, resolve ambiguity, and align stakeholders.
