Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute the overall strategic plan in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
• Provide visionary leadership to regional teams and ensure alignment with corporate strategies.

Operations Management:

• Oversee all aspects of regional operations, including property acquisition, development, leasing, and sales.
• Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations, adhering to company standards and policies.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the budget, monitoring financial performance and ensuring financial goals are met.
• Implement strategies to optimize financial results and return on investment.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansion.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.

Team Management:

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of regional managers and staff.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure the team's success in meeting strategic and operational objectives.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Utilize market insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the regional strategy.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Customer Relations:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and partners to enhance the company's reputation and market presence.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with others to ensure seamless coordination and integration of operations across regions.
