The role will be responsible for establishing and driving a vertical sales strategy leveraging a host of world-class services including strategic consulting, customer care, trust and safety, and digital services.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a vertical market sales strategy that maximises global market share and delivers on sales targets.
- Develop plans that identify specific growth sectors and prospective new clients that deliver on market strategy by establishing and developing successful relationships.
- Align sales plans and efforts by geography and service lines with Alorica’s strategic goals.
- Listen and align solutions that deliver on prospective client objectives and lead the internal cross-functional team to design effective sales presentations, proposals and RFX’s.
- Lead delivery of sales presentations to prospective and existing clients that result in new business.
- Provide regular marketplace intelligence and pipeline development to senior executives.
- Collaborate with sales enablement, solutions, and marketing to maximise opportunity conversion.
- Ensure compliance with internal pricing and product guidelines by aligning with internal functional teams (IT, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Operations).
Professional Experience
- Qualified candidates will have significant experience in sales executive positions of increasing scope and responsibility with proven executive level sales experience and results.
- Sales executive at a growth company with a proven track record of performance in an operations-centric, high transaction and fast paced environment.
- Rounded, sophisticated sales professional who has a strategic solutions-based mindset, is customer focused and adaptable, with provide experience leading sales relationships.
- Broad based sales background that includes strategy development, prospecting, developing win-win solutions, contract negotiation and deal closure.

Entry Criteria
