Your contribution:
- As leader of the Digital Workplace and Service & Support department, you ensure alignment with organizational goals and foster a customer-centric culture.
- You develop and implement strategies to enhance the digital workplace environment, driving productivity and collaboration across the organization.
- You manage the Service & Support team to provide efficient, effective, and responsive technical support to end-users.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement, while staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- You measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), manage budgets and resources effectively, and maintain documentation for tools and services.
Your qualifications:
- Completed studies in IT, Business Administration or a related field
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of digital workplace technologies (collaboration tools, productivity software, cloud services), relevant certifications such as ITIL or PMP are a plus
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
