We’re on a mission to bring health data management into the 21st century
The Role

Are you passionate about our mission to empower patients to live their healthiest lives? Do you want to join a dynamic and innovative team that is making a difference in the healthcare industry? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Vice President of Marketing position!

As a VP of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to lead our marketing efforts and drive awareness, growth, and customer engagement for our cutting-edge health tech solutions. You will play a key role in shaping our brand, crafting compelling narratives, and developing strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need a sharp strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to execution. You should be comfortable leading across brand, growth, and product marketing while adapting quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.  In return, you’ll receive a competitive compensation package, a supportive and collaborative culture, and a chance to make a positive impact on the lives of millions of patients.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across risk-bearing entities (MSOs, ACOs, payers).
  • Align marketing priorities with executive goals, product roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
  • Own and optimize marketing KPIs, budget, and ROI measurement.
  • Develop comprehensive yearly marketing strategy, targeting conferences, webinars, while bringing together industry leaders to support thought leadership across value-based care.
  • Develop a clear and differentiated brand narrative that reflects our expertise in risk adjustment, chart retrieval, and AI-driven value-based care.
  • Position the company as a trusted thought leader with targeted messaging that resonates with healthcare finance, risk, and quality stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development of high-impact content (e.g., white papers, webinars, case studies) that educates and converts healthcare decision-makers.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SEO, PPC, LinkedIn, webinars) to drive MQLs and sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success to gather insights from healthcare providers, payers, and population health teams.
  • Translate market feedback into messaging, content, and campaign direction.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a lean marketing team; hire key roles as the business scales.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, measurement, and iterative learning.

Ideal Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within health tech, digital health, or healthcare SaaS.
  • Experience leading product-led sales and marketing growth to enterprise sales efforts. Proven success marketing to risk-bearing organizations, including MSOs, ACOs, and payers, especially within Medicare Advantage and Medicaid.
  • Deep understanding of risk adjustment, medical chart retrieval, HCC coding, quality measures, utilization management, and related regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-converting content and campaigns targeting senior stakeholders in risk, finance, and clinical quality roles.
  • Strong command of healthcare-specific buyer personas and go-to-market strategies in regulated, complex environments.
  • Experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and performance analytics tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a bias toward clear, value-driven messaging.
  • Comfortable operating in a resource-constrained startup environment: strategic when needed, hands-on when necessary.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with payer-provider dynamics, AI/ML applications in healthcare, or revenue cycle optimization.
