Team/Role Overview
This is the technology team responsible for firm-wide Wholesale Banking Book Collaterals system within the Wholesale Lending landscape. On a typical day, the team works with Product Owners, Data Domain Leads, Data Modelers, Business Analysts & Support teams.
What you’ll do
- This individual will be a Java Technology Lead for the application.
- On a day-to-day basis, they would be responsible for designing, coding and reviewing multiple business critical modules within the application.
- They would additionally be coaching and mentoring newer team members on techno-functional aspects of the application.
- Being well versed with the wholesale lending landscape and specifically, Collateral Management, they would fit into a techno-functional leadership role.
What we’ll need from you
- 12+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
- Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Well-versed with Wholesale Lending landscape
- Proficient in leveraging various GenAI offerings such as GH Copilot, MS Copilot, Devin, Gemini, Claude etc.
