Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Strategy & Leadership
- Strategic Alignment: Develop a comprehensive IT strategy and roadmap that directly supports and enables TheKey's overarching business goals and strategic priorities.
- Innovation and Efficiency: Proactively identify and champion innovative technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve service delivery, and drive business growth.
- Executive Partnership: Collaborate closely with executive leadership to provide strategic guidance on technology investments, emerging trends, and potential disruptions.
- Financial Stewardship: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with strategic objectives.
2. Information Security & Risk Management
- Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect TheKey's digital assets, including sensitive client, caregiver, and business data, from unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyberattacks.
- Data Privacy: Ensure compliance with all applicable data privacy regulations and industry best practices to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of personal information.
- Risk Management: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats to TheKey's information systems and data.
- Compliance: Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program to meet all regulatory requirements and industry standards related to information security and data privacy.
3. Systems & Infrastructure
- Core Systems Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of TheKey's core systems, including scheduling, billing, electronic medical records (EMR), human resource information systems (HRIS), customer relationship management (CRM), and communication platforms.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of TheKey's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers, to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Cloud Computing: Evaluate and implement cloud computing solutions to enhance agility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain a robust disaster recovery plan to ensure business continuity in the event of a system outage or data loss.
4. Enterprise Integrations & Agile Delivery
- Integration Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy to connect disparate systems and data sources across TheKey's enterprise, enabling seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key technology vendors, negotiating contracts, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring performance standards are met.
- Agile Adoption: Foster a culture of agility within the IT organization, promoting iterative development, rapid prototyping, and continuous improvement to accelerate the delivery of business value.
5. Data Architecture & Governance
- Data Architecture: Design and implement a scalable and flexible data architecture that supports TheKey's data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting needs.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
- Data Analytics: Leverage data analytics to generate actionable insights that inform business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
6. Team Development & Vendor Management
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing IT team with the skills and expertise needed to support TheKey's business objectives.
- Performance Management: Establish clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Vendor Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key technology vendors, ensuring they understand TheKey's business needs and deliver high-quality products and services.
7. Collaboration & Communication
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and communicative environment within the IT organization and across TheKey's various departments, including finance, operations, HR, clinical, and field teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with stakeholders across TheKey to understand their needs and expectations, and to communicate the value that IT delivers to the organization.
- Executive Communication: Provide regular updates to executive leadership on the status of IT initiatives, emerging trends, and potential risks.
