Position Summary:

The Vice President, IT, PVH Asia Pacific, is responsible for shaping and executing PVH Asia Pacific’s technology vision, driving digital transformation, and aligning global platforms with regional business priorities. This role works in close partnership with the PVH Asia Pacific leadership team and key stakeholders to drive and deliver technology solutions for the PVH Asia Pacific Regional teams and our Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein global brands. The Vice President, IT, PVH Asia Pacific, is responsible for the management and development of the technology associates, and the operational and production delivery and support of all PVH Asia Pacific’s technology platforms.

This position will be part of the IT Senior Leadership team as well as the Asia Pacific Senior Leadership team, reporting to the CTIO. As part of the Asia Pacific Leadership team, this role will be responsible to co-create with the Regional team to accelerate digital initiatives for scale across Asia Pacific region, as well as aligning and prioritizing technology and system enhancements to enable the Regional Power Plan, in addition to other key markets such as Australia, China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong/Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and leveraging platforms such as SAP S4 analytics, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Consumer Analytics, as well as PVH’s data and insights platforms to drive real time information and insights to respond to consumer and markets trends and business drivers. As part of the IT Senior Leadership Team, the Vice President, IT, PVH Asia Pacific, is a key stakeholder in the development of the IT strategy, strategic project review, innovation goals to aid in futureproofing the organization, as well as identify and mentor high-potential talent across IT.  In addition, the Vice President, IT, PVH Asia Pacific partners with their Global and Regional counterparts in developing solutions that empower and enable PVH businesses.  This role works in close partnership with their global and regional peers in the development and execution of our global platforms, global solutions, and regional solutions framework, which will drive the company’s technology vision.

The Vice President, IT, PVH Asia Pacific plans, administers, and is ultimately responsible for managing all related local IT activities. This role leverages existing and future platforms to provide consistency among foreign and domestic computing platforms and infrastructure. The position will be located in Hong Kong and includes operational duties for that entity.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job

  • Serve as a visionary partner to the PVH Asia Pacific leadership team; define and lead the regional technology vision with emphasis on digital commerce acceleration, consumer insights enablement, and operational excellence. Empower teams to deliver enterprise solutions, including SAP S4, Oracle XStore, MuleSoft, and Salesforce.

  • Collaborate with IT Global leadership and integrate strategic vendor partnerships to build a cohesive ecosystem of solutions. Align global platforms with regional priorities, enabling ecommerce growth across the Asia Pacific and advancing digital capabilities.

  • Development and evolution of the IT organization and its associates and skills to develop and support solutions for the business, such as Retail / Store Solutions, Digital Commerce, Commercial ERP, Data & Analytics / Insights, Financial, Consumer Data Solutions, Planning, Network, Infrastructure, and Support Desks.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs across Asia Pacific markets, positioning them as enablers of business agility. Continuously streamline applications, processes, and operations to enhance speed, scalability, and efficiency.

  • Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to the business; collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop optimal solutions to support local business needs.

  • Promote, support, implement, and educate regional teams on strategy direction for PVH’s global solution landscape.

  • Lead the IT Asia Pacific Technology Steering Committee – in partnership with Asia Pacific Leadership, align key priorities and initiatives, and develop technology investment/budgets required to build, execute, and support technology platforms.

  • Establish and maintain continual communications across the organization — globally, interdepartmentally, and intradepartmentally — to coordinate overall needs.

  • Oversee recruitment, development, and retention of IT associates across the region, including senior-level selection in partnership with market heads. Drive succession planning and build a robust leadership pipeline to sustain long‑term organizational capability.

  • Manage the IT Asia Pacific budget in conjunction with the PVH Asia Pacific CFO and the IT Global Finance Team. Track budgets, deliverables, and support requirements to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality projects on budget. Work with Senior Management to develop business plans recommending short‑ and long‑range objectives consistent with organizational guidelines and designed to deliver sustainable growth in revenue and profit.

Experience:
  • Extensive IT leadership experience (10–15 years) in global apparel and retail, with proven success in enterprise applications, infrastructure, and digital commerce platforms.

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Operations/Infrastructure management.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing a global IT support infrastructure that services business and IT needs in multiple countries.

  • Track record of designing and implementing apparel‑related systems to support global operations, including at least 3–4 years managing IT systems for a global apparel organization.

  • Proven success in developing and implementing strategic plans.

  • Strong IT background in design, programming, and implementation of systems.

  • Strong IT background in infrastructure design and management.

  • Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships with the business.

  • Experience in the international environment.

Education:
  • A college degree in computer science, engineering, or a business field is required.

  • A graduate degree in Business (MBA) is preferred.

Knowledge/Skills Required

Skills:
  • Proven ability to plan strategically, manage complex initiatives, and lead diverse teams across multiple geographies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.

  • Experience working in a dynamic, multi‑cultural environment.

  • English fluency.

  • Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese strongly preferred.


Skills Required
