Fieldpiece builds rugged, innovative tools that HVACR professionals rely on every day - from smart manifolds and leak detectors to connected platforms that are transforming the HVACR industry.  Recognized as one of Southern California’s Best Places to Work in 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026, we offer a growth-oriented culture where your work directly impacts real-world professionals and rapidly evolving technology.

You’ll lead a small team to accomplish transformational HR initiatives across talent development, organizational design, workforce planning, on/off-boarding, total rewards, and global HR operations - all while fostering a high-performance culture rooted in humility, accountability, and growth.

This position requires being on-site every day in our current Orange, CA office with an exciting move to Tustin, CA in 2028.  Travel up to 15% is anticipated.

    • Oversee total rewards strategy including compensation, benefits, and incentive programs
    • Ensure competitive and equitable pay practices aligned with market trends
    • Manage healthcare renewal and ongoing relationships with vendors (self-insured experience a plus).
    • Manage sales incentive programs that are aligned with company growth targets
  • Compliance & Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state (California, Utah, Georgia), and international labor laws and regulations (Western Europe and Australia)
