Job Description
JPMorgan Chase is seeking an accomplished Vice President to serve as the strategic liaison for the extension and integration of CCB high net worth credit card products - including the J.P. Morgan Reserve Card - across the firm's various banking wealth segments - including the Private Bank, Asset & Wealth Management, and Private Client bases. This executive role is instrumental in driving product strategy, fostering cross-wealth segment collaboration, and championing product adoption at the highest levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary advocate and subject matter expert for Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) high net worth (HNW) & ultra-high net worth (UHNW) credit card products, driving integration and adoption across JPMC banking and wealth segments through close partnership with segment leaders.
- Lead the development and delivery of training programs, executive briefings, and strategic communications to articulate product value, ensuring seamless product integration and alignment with segment needs.
- Cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and facilitating transparent communication and strategic feedback between CCB and partner banking segments to support product integration.
- Identify and champion opportunities for cross-segment collaboration, product innovation, and business growth, proactively partnering with banking segments to tailor offerings for HNW & UHNW clients.
- Oversee complex product servicing and social media escalations, collaborating with segment teams to ensure prompt, effective resolution and protection of the J.P. Morgan brand.
- Develop and implement escalation protocols, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements in partnership with banking segments to enhance client experience and mitigate reputational risk.
- Partner with marketing, communications, and cross-functional teams, as well as banking segments, to craft messaging, support product launches, and maintain positive brand sentiment.
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on integration progress, escalation volumes, resolution outcomes, and strategic recommendations, driving continuous improvement and organizational change.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Seven or more years of progressive experience in financial services, product management, relationship management, or client servicing, with demonstrated leadership in cross-banking segment environments.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with high net worth and ultra-high net worth client segments.
- Proven relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on process optimization.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree such as MBA or MS.
- Track record of driving strategic outcomes in complex organizations.
- Familiarity with social media escalation management.
- Experience in product innovation and launch.
- Strong governance and process improvement background.
- Expertise in credit card products and wealth management client segments.
