Knix is a direct-to-consumer intimate apparel brand redefining the category for real life. Through radically comfortable products and a powerful community, we empower people everywhere to be unapologetically free. Since launching in 2013, Knix has become one of the fastest-growing companies in Canada and a globally recognized innovator in apparel.

We’re seeking a Vice President of Growth to own and evolve our end-to-end customer growth strategy across Knix and KT by Knix. This role goes beyond a traditional split of acquisition and retention—it requires a holistic view of the entire customer journey, from first touchpoint to long-term loyalty, across both our Canadian and U.S. businesses.

This is a unique opportunity for a data-driven, strategic leader to diagnose business challenges, identify high-leverage opportunities, and unlock the next phase of growth—especially in the U.S. market. You’ll be accountable for business outcomes and will lead a high-performing team, driving a culture of ownership, learning, and results.

The Opportunity:

  • Own the full customer lifecycle: Develop integrated strategies across paid, owned, digital and retail channels to attract, engage, convert, and retain high-value customers.
  • Diagnose and unlock: Analyze marketing performance, funnel friction points, and customer behavior to surface challenges and opportunities—then design and execute strategies to accelerate profitable growth.
  • Think about the message and the medium: Work closely with our creative growth team to deliver the right creative messaging based on the platforms and customer journeys.
  • Drive market expansion: Identify and activate growth levers in the U.S. and other priority regions, tailoring messaging, media, and product focus by market.
  • Lead the team: Manage and develop a high-performing team across acquisition, lifecycle, and performance marketing. Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and innovation.
  • Deliver results: Drive measurable business outcomes including revenue growth, customer LTV, CAC, and contribution margin. Ensure full alignment to P&L forecasts and company goals.
  • Elevate performance marketing: Expand media mix and optimize channel performance through testing, advanced attribution modeling, and data-led experimentation.
  • Advance personalization & loyalty: Accelerate lifecycle marketing through segmentation, automation, and loyalty programming to deepen engagement and maximize value across the customer journey.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Creative,  Brand, Merchandising, Analytics, and Finance to co-own revenue-driving strategies, product prioritization, and GTM planning.
  • Bridge digital and physical: Develop strategies that connect online and in-store experiences, including driving foot traffic, supporting store launches, and optimizing omni-channel conversion

About You:

  • 15+ years of progressive growth and marketing experience, ideally with omni-channel consumer brands in high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire performance-driven teams
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, customer segmentation, and lifecycle optimization
  • Strong track record of scaling paid media budgets across diverse channels including search, social, TV, audio, OOH, and affiliate
  • Strategic thinker with sharp analytical skills—you ask why, not just what, and thrive on diagnosing root causes and building plans to solve them
  • Experience expanding brands in the U.S. market, with a playbook for localizing strategy and scaling impact
  • Exceptional fluency with martech and measurement tools (e.g., GA4, NorthBeam, Haus, Segment, Klaviyo, Looker)
  • Confident communicator who distills complex data into clear narratives and business cases
  • Passion for innovation, test-and-learn culture, and holding self and others accountable to results
  • Preference is a Toronto based candidate who is able to work in a hybrid arrangement from our HQ Office, with a strong focus on in-person collaboration with team members and cross-functional partners.
