Job Description:
Reporting to the SVP the Vice President is part of the WorldStrides Higher Education team. The Vice President will help lead the strategic growth, innovation and delivery of educational components by WorldStrides to our university partners. This position will work cross-functionally to develop high-impact educational offerings, foster deep relationships with business schools, and ensure operational excellence in educational delivery. This role blends strategic vision, business development, and academic expertise to expand our market presence and deliver exceptional educational experiences.
People Management: This position manages/supervises people
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Management
- Lead the development and execution of a growth strategy for graduate business faculty-led programs, aligned with market trends and partner needs.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovations to expand program offerings and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market intelligence and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Global Experiences/Education
- Design and enhance graduate business programs that meet the evolving needs of business schools and their students
- Collaborate with faculty leaders to co-create innovative program models, integrating experiential learning and global business themes
- Ensure academic rigor, learning outcomes, and alignment with institutional standards
- Oversee the successful global experiences component of all faculty-led programs, ensuring high-quality student experiences and faculty satisfaction
- Monitor program performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Client & Partner Relations
- Serve as the senior relationship manager for new graduate business school partners
- Work closely with deans, program directors, and faculty to understand their goals and deliver tailored program solutions
- Represent WorldStrides at conferences, industry events, and partner meetings to build brand recognition
Team Leadership
- Hire and train new team members while developing tenured team members through WorldStrides' Professional Journey program
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence
- Establish and track KPI’s, ensuring the team delivers exceptional programs and academic content and meets business objectives
- Foster a high-performance culture, emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Process Improvement & Reporting
• Establish best practices, processes, and tools to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Regularly report on department performance, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction to senior leadership
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Business Administration or relevant field Required
- 10+ years of experience in higher education services, executive education, or graduate program development Required
- 6+ years minimum of progressive leadership and management experience Required
- Proven track record of business development and strategic growth in the higher education sector
- Strong understanding of graduate business education, faculty needs, and student expectations
- Demonstrated expertise knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analytics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent relationship management and presentation skills
- Ability to obtain/maintain a valid US Passport and travel both domestic and internationally as needed
- Experience managing both hybrid and remote teams
- WorldStrides follows a hybrid work schedule (M/F remote, T/W/TH in office) unless residing outside a 50 mile radius of any WorldStrides office

- Master's degree preferred, MBA required.
