Job DescriptionPosition Summary: Visa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President, Global Head of Product for FX and Multicurrency Solutions to lead and drive the strategy, product management, and execution for our Foreign Exchange (FX), currency management, and multicurrency solutions. The successful candidate will oversee a team of experienced product managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our global customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for FX, currency management, and multicurrency solutions in alignment with Visa's overall business objectives.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of experienced product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, market-leading solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth and differentiation in the FX and multicurrency space.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technology, engineering, sales, marketing, and legal, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
- Customer Focus: Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure our solutions meet and exceed their expectations.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the budget for the FX and multicurrency product portfolio, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achievement of financial targets.
- Risk and Compliance: Ensure all products comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
• 12 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 8 years of work experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management, with a focus on FX, currency management, and multicurrency solutions. Previous experience in a leadership role is required.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing team, with a track record of successfully delivering complex products and solutions.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and drive innovation.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into successful product solutions.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with the technical aspects of FX and multicurrency solutions, including payment systems, blockchain, and fintech innovations.
• Global Perspective: Experience working in a global environment and understanding the nuances of different markets and regulatory landscapes.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
