JDTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- 12+ years of software development industry experience
- A bachelor's degree or degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be good advocate of working from office and encourage team for same
- 5+ years of hands-on experience on Python and related technologies like PySpark, Pandas, NumPy, Flask, Fast API, etc.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with good working knowledge of Angular, Node, NPM, CSS, HTML, JavaScript etc.
- Good hands-on experience on messaging systems like MQ, Kafka as well as any other integration solutions
- 5+ years of hands-on experience on SQL server and good understanding of big data systems
- 5+ years of hands-on experience on CI/CD as well as DevOps tools like Maven, Jenkins, Sonar, Jira, Git, Security scanning, Stress Testing, Performance Testing etc.
- 5+ years of working experience in Banking industry
- Understanding of processes, policies etc. along with domain knowledge preferably Trading & Risk domain business domain knowledge
- Must have 1 year of development experience using AI based tools /editors like Windsurf, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.
- Must have good exposure of using AI/LLM for development, productivity improvements
- Good working experience on Public or Private cloud and related concepts
- Must have good Debugging skills to support any production incidents
- 3+ years of working in Agile/POD with Scrum/Kanban based execution
