As part of that commitment, our Vice President of Finance & Administration is responsible for leading Ready Computing’s financial operations, administrative operations, and financial governance in support of organizational growth, operational scalability, and long-term business objectives. You will oversee accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, audit coordination, financial reporting, ERP governance, operational administration, vendor oversight, and financial compliance activities across the organization.
Serving as a strategic business partner to executive leadership, this role supports operational planning, financial decision-making, business performance, enterprise governance, and organizational infrastructure within technology-enabled and regulated business environments.

What you'll do

  • Lead the company’s financial and administrative operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, operational administration, and financial reporting
  • Develop and maintain financial strategies, operational forecasts, budgets, KPI reporting, and administrative governance practices aligned with organizational objectives
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes
  • Maintain financial controls, accounting procedures, audit readiness standards, operational governance processes, and financial compliance practices
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, treasury activities, insurance coordination, and working capital planning
  • Support organizational decision-making through financial modeling, operational analysis, forecasting, and executive performance reporting
  • Oversee ERP governance and finance-related operational systems, including NetSuite administration and financial reporting workflows
  • Coordinate audit activities, tax support processes, external financial reviews, insurance renewals, and compliance-related financial documentation
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial regulations, government contracting requirements, and company policies
  • Support pricing analysis, contract financial reviews, budgeting activities, and financial components of RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses
  • Develop financial dashboards, reporting tools, KPI frameworks, and operational reporting processes to improve organizational visibility and executive reporting
  • Partner with executive leadership and department managers to support operational scalability, forecasting accuracy, workforce planning, and business operations initiatives
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, insurance providers, ERP vendors, financial service partners, and operational vendors
  • Support administrative operations and internal business processes that contribute to organizational efficiency and operational continuity
  • Lead and develop finance and administrative personnel while promoting accountability, process consistency, and operational efficiency
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to financial systems, workflows, reporting capabilities, operational administration, and business processes
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

  • Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

  • NetSuite administration and financial reporting workflows
  • Financial controls, compliance reporting, operational governance, and audit readiness processes

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
  • Familiarity with government contracting, financial compliance, and DCAA requirements
  • Experience supporting financial and administrative operations within technology-enabled services, professional services, or regulated business environments

Qualifications  

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required; MBA, CPA, CMA, or related advanced credential preferred
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, accounting, operational finance, or financial governance environments 
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, operational administration, and financial governance functions within multi-department or multi-entity organizations
  • Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience supporting operations within technology-enabled services, professional services, government contracting, or other regulated business environments
  • Technical Experience: Experience overseeing ERP systems, NetSuite administration, financial reporting workflows, KPI reporting, and operational finance processes 
  • Certifications / Professional Development: CPA, CMA, or similar financial certification preferred; continuing education in financial leadership, ERP systems, compliance, or operational finance is beneficial

  • All positions require the ability to work on a computer for at least eight (8) hours per day. This includes fine and gross manipulation (typing and utilizing the mouse), looking at a computer screen for extended periods of time, visual acuity (reading from a computer screen). This also includes the ability to sit and stand for a combined period of at least eight (8) hours per day. 
  • All positions require minimum and infrequent lifting requirements (laptop). 
  • No positions require walking requirements apart from the travel and commute as stated in this section. 
  • All positions require the ability to talk on the phone. 
  • May require occasional travel. 
  • All positions require the ability to focus on numerous tasks and project requirements throughout and eight (8) hour workday. 
  • All positions require the ability to work, communicate, and collaborate with team members, peers, clients, vendors, and other entities that the Company maintains business relationships with.

Home Office Requirements

  • A minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for downloads and 1.5 Mbps for uploads is required.
  • A private Wi-Fi network with a strong, unique password is necessary to access company data or systems.
  • The company provides a monthly internet stipend. New hires must complete a speed test during onboarding and update any default router passwords to ensure secure network access.
