Responsibilities
- Partner with creative and account leads to ideate, sell-in, scope, and execute creative work at the highest quality.
- Prepare production budgets and schedules and addresses production related questions for internal and external clients.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with reps, directors, and vendors. Lead director search and vendor bidding process.
- Lead communication with necessary production, creative and account service colleagues to facilitate workflow.
- Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to champion innovative ideas. Be a tireless advocate for the creative process while always looking for the best way to provide solutions on time and budget.
- Possess a willingness to learn and explore beyond your core.
- Manage client expectations and giving recommendations when required.
- Oversee projects from initial pitch, through discovery, concepting, design, development, and QA final deliverables.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 8 years of production experience within an agency setting, production company or in house.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for being a student of the industry.
- Base knowledge of industry talent and vendors.
- Appetite to produce work in all specialties (Digital, Social, Broadcast, Radio, Print, Experiential, Fabrication).
- Proficiency in industry software and systems.
- Excellent planning, organizing and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative work ethic.
- Understanding of all processes involved in a production lifecycle (video, design, digital).
- Budget preparation skills.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate fluency in leveraging AI tools to enhance communication strategies, optimize content creation, and drive more personalized, data-informed engagement across channels.
