As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead our high-performing sales team in North America. This strategic role offers the opportunity to drive significant revenue growth and reinforce our position as an industry pioneer. This is a remote position ideally suited for candidates located in CST or EST time zones.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the enterprise sales strategy, aligning with corporate goals.

  • Team Development: Mentor and grow a team of sales leaders focused on engaging organizations with 5,000+ employees.

  • Revenue Growth: Own and exceed enterprise revenue targets while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

  • Customer Focus: Build relationships with key enterprise clients, delivering tailored solutions.

  • Partner Collaboration: Strengthen partnerships with key channels to accelerate sales.

  • Sales Excellence: Champion best practices and optimize performance using data-driven insights.

  • Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends to position Mimecast as a trusted partner.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to enhance customer experience.

What You’ll Bring:
