As the Vice President of Enterprise Sales, East at CreatorIQ, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our enterprise sales division. Your primary focus will be on driving significant revenue growth through both net new sales and the expansion of existing enterprise accounts. You will develop and execute sales strategies that align with our overall business goals and market positioning while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on revenue objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in a SaaS environment and a deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale the enterprise sales team, driving a high-performance culture focused on winning new business and expanding existing relationships.

  • Revenue Growth: Own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing deals, focusing on achieving quarterly and annual revenue goals. Ensure predictable revenue growth by managing enterprise-level opportunities.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy that focuses on customer acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and long-term client retention.

  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage a team of top-tier enterprise account executives and sales engineers. Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and key decision-makers.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies, product innovation, and client satisfaction.

  • Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast revenue, manage pipeline health, and report on key sales metrics to executive leadership.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new verticals and geographic markets to drive enterprise-level growth.

  • Innovation & Differentiation: Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously look for ways to differentiate CreatorIQ’s offering in the marketplace through innovative solutions and services.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with a focus on enterprise sales in a SaaS environment.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful enterprise sales teams.

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and selling into Fortune 1000 companies.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.

  • Strategic thinker, capable of translating high-level company goals into actionable sales plans and processes.

  • Data-driven approach to sales forecasting and performance management.

  • Familiarity with the marketing technology landscape and experience in the influencer marketing space is a plus.

  • Expert in sales tools and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) with a deep understanding of pipeline management and reporting.
