- Oversee all aspects of the assigned products and its programs, including operational policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Responsible for the financial performance and growth of the product programs, including profit & loss.
- Develop and implement short- and long-range strategic growth and development plans and budgets for the product programs.
- Identify opportunities for increased operational efficiencies, develop plans to address needs and ensure successful implementation.
- Develop policies and procedures for operational processes in order to ensure optimization and compliance with established standards and local, state and federal regulations.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
Master's Degree preferred.
10+ years of operations, administration, and management experience in the health care or insurance industry required.
5+ years in a senior management role, including strategic planning and product or program development experience required.
